Operation Manager (MWD//LWD Experience)

Job Summary.
Responsible for MWD Services Repair & Maintenance (R&M) Workshop,
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Leads and supervise for R&M MWD repair tech personal.
* Responsible Workshop personnel:
* Development, training plan & competencies;
* Assist repair technicians with MWD repairs as needed.
* Prioritizing tool repairs.
* coordinate with customer to deliver tools on time to field.
* Collaborates with MENA operation team to set spare parts inventory and manage spares safety stock.
* Optimize equipment repairs operation including expected completion date and expected repair costs.
* Track all necessary upgrades, and implement all service quality alerts as instructed from Engineering.
* Responsible for ensuring failure analysis processes are completed in timely manner.
* Market new products to customer and act as sales account manager from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Self started with strong communication, organizing, troubleshooting skills,
* Ability to work under pressure and meet customer deadlines
* Technical degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
* ‎5 years hands-on experience in MWD/LWD technologies R&M procedures with R&M management experience
* Toolteq MWD repair and field experience is a plus
* Highly familiar with quality system with capability of implementing new process to improve service quality.
* Familiarity with tool management softwear and JDE software
