Clinical Application Analyst – Critical Care Modules

Job Description

Is Responsible for end-to-end implementation of Critical Care modules
integrated with EMR/EPR. He/she must be a medical graduate or Equivalent with
minimum experience of ‎2 years in Emergency/OT/ICU and ambulatory Modules.
Experience working with at least one EMR implementation and integration
projects and should be aware of Implementation methodologies.
Application skills:
* HL7, EDI
* Clinical Pathways
* Medical devices integration
* Point of Care Services and billing.
* Physician & Nursing Orders/workflows
* ICD/CPT/CDT/SNOMED/LOINC
* Ambulatory and Inpatient journey
* Clinical Decision Support and Care planning
* Should be fully aware of integrated data flow in EHR modules.
* Well versed with Standards for HIMSS/EMRAM/Patient identification/Data privacy and safety & Medical Records.

Skills

Administrative skills:
* Ability to build relationships in a consultative and collaborative manner.
* Excellent communication skills with demonstrated deliveries adhere to timelines.
* Excellent MS Office skills, workflow diagrams, Document preparation and Presentation skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly skilled in - Corporate presentations, Requirements gathering, Functional testing and troubleshooting, Validation scripts preparation and execution, Functional and business documentation, post go live support and End user support/training during project life cycle.
