Manager - Marketing / Segments - Retail Banking Division

Job Description

• Finalizes standards, benchmarks and templates for all Segment Marketing Officers to follow when preparing any Marketing proposal or budget


• Oversees the implementation of all promotions targeting each concerned Segment, including:


• Ensuring all Budgets and Promotional Plans/Proposals are prepared to standard set, and then further approved by Retail Marketing Head & AGM-RBD


• Overseeing that all Segment Supervisors coordinate with Retail Department Heads, including Quality Management and Head of Trading and Product Awareness Unit, to ensure accurate information and the most effective cross selling opportunities


• Finalizes and issues the Segment Newsletter


• Ensures unification of the Brand, that all Segment Front Officers have the most current, updated information on new packages, and provides feedback on their performance towards optimizing sales


• Commissions ad-hoc research initiatives to measure different attributes related to each concerned Segment, coordinating with the MIS Analyst to provide accurate and current reports for reference


• Manages the acquisition, retention, and cross-selling etc. of all Bank P&S within the concerned Segment, raising flags to Management for any short comings or issues


• Assists in preparing Quarterly Performance Reports for Retail by focusing and preparing all related performance activity for their Segment


• Ad hoc projects to support Executive Management's decision


• Sees to any additional request made by Division Head or Executive
