Job Description
The College of Engineering at an established University in Kuwait invites
applications for a Dean position.
The ideal candidate must be ambitious further than with the ability to work
both individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team where scientific
creativity is essential. Should possess excellent communication skills in
English, along with leadership and management skills to conduct the
departmental activities in alignment with the university's vision.
The University offers generous salary packages which include several benefits,

Appointments will be contractual, open-ended, and renewed upon positive annual

Job Profile
The applicant must have completed a Ph.D. in* Industrial, Electrical, or
Computer Engineering* from a reputable North American (U.S. or
Canada) or European university with extensive teaching experience and an
academic rank of Associate / Full Professor .
The successful candidate should have a significant research record,
demonstrated by a strong academic portfolio, among other, articles in leading
peer-reviewed journals, funded research projects, etc. In addition, the
applicant should work in close collaboration with the research centers of the
graduate and research office at the University.
