Assists in supervision and administration of the Bank's various social media accounts and creates, organizes and publishes relevant, original, high-quality content such as video, animation, graphics and posts.
Ensures advertising on social media reflects the latest Bank products, services, events and promotions, is consistent, as well as monitoring that the Bank's corporate identity is maintained at all times.
Works towards building online reputation through garnering positive reviews.
Monitors and follows all client comments and suggestions, and provides feedback to Direct Line Manager for approval.
Performs research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Tracks competitor Social Media campaigns in efforts to stay ahead and ensure Divisions' efficiency and maximum impact.
Coordinates with direct line manager and Media agencies in regards to design, creation and management of promotions and Social ad campaigns.
Education:
* Minimum: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in PR and Marketing or Media and Design
Accreditation:
* Digital Marketing with Udacity, Facebook Blueprint, Google Adwords
To be successful in this role:
* Display enthusiasm for all Camerawork and Broadcast in general
* Skilled with various types of cameras and editing packages
