Job Description

• To promote and sell Bank's products and services (Loans and Credit Cards) and establish long term business relation with the Bank's Customers to achieve sales targets and create leads.


• Sell Bank Products (Loans and Credit Cards) by attracting new business/customers to the bank.


• Must be able to achieve monthly sales targets in terms of Loans and Credit Cards.


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local target customers is key to succeed in this sales oriented role.


• Marketing branch within the community to attract business.


• Acts as point of customer contact for customer concerns when it comes to loans and credit cards.


• Effective and accurate handling of loan applications.


• High quality advice to branches on submitting applications.


• Reviews assigned customer complaints and ensures prompt action is taken.


• Ensures the front office area is always ready to receive customers.


• Collects, stores and maintains relative data ensuring proper documentation of information.
