Job Description:
Work as a Cashier-

for customers. The job roles
include counting cash money, handling credit/debit card payments, and the

Knowledge & Qualification:
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Overall 1+ years of experience
3. Good Communication in English
4. Good communication skills
* Gender required - Male
* Maximum Age of 35 years old
* Has a minimum of 2 -3 years Retail Experience working as a Cashier
* Can work under pressure
* Customer Service Skill
Role & Responsibilities:
Customer Service
1.Acknowledges customers with greeting and smiling
2. Being constantly presentable, pleasant and friendly
3. Identifies & fulfils customer needs
4. Ensures all customers are treated equally with respect
5. Assists customers with packing when necessary/guides customer to delivery
area
6. Takes extra care in handling customers' purchases
7. Provides customers with accurate information
8. Ensures customer's info. updated and offers forwarding invoices via email
9. Explains return & exchange policy
Sales
1. Obtains excellent and updated knowledge of all products & services
2. Being aware of all in-store promotions; discounts, credit, coupons and
etc…
3. Promotes gift cards with focus on customer benefits
4. Promotes warranty programs highlighting its benefits to customers (if
applicable)
5. Promotes Telly cards explaining features, options and benefits
Operations
1. Expedites customer payments effectively in an efficient manner
2. Applies all POS procedures as instructed by store management.
3. Maintains cash desk / packing area always clean and tidy
4. Follows organizational rules and regulations / Policy & Procedures
5. Follows company's safety and security procedures
6. Handles cash/credit payments and accurately counts customers' money
7. Counts and balances cash, credit slips, vouchers and coupons with total
sales transactions at the end of
the shift
8. Masters computer applications in finalizing customers' payments
Working Hours - 9 hours/ per day - Include 1 hour break
Age Bracket - 35yrs upto
Food - Include in salary
Accomodation & transportation - Provided First 3 month only temporary after
that candidate need to manage
