The Mission:
The Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR)
Intelligence Support Services Contract (CISSC) provides multi-faceted
Intelligence Support services consisting of, but not limited to: Open Source
Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence
(HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Management (RCM),
Special Advisors, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI)
Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government
Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused
Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge
Management (KM), as well as other analytic and target related intelligence
support services to assigned military units in support of the overall
Intelligence Mission in support of CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations.
More About the Role:
* This role will include, but is not limited to, personnel security management including adjucation of clearances for contract personnel, clearance applications, etc.; as well as the security policies, procedures, and requirements stipulated by the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and DoD ‎5220.22-M, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
* Ensuring proper level of security clearance is held by contractors for the SCIF(s) and/or technology they utilize in their role.
You 'll Bring These Qualifications
* Must have active TS/SCI
* At least four years of experience in compartmented programs in DoD/IC
* Associates Degree OR four additional years DoD experience with strong job-related experience and special skills
* Special skills or qualifications (all required) -
* Must be able to meet all Government requirements for travel outside of the United States, including full vaccination with a coronavirus vaccine.
* Ability to work with customers and provide special security support
* Solid and varied experience in planning/accrediting facilities IAW DCID ‎1/‎12 standard
* Thorough familiarity with all security clearance processes
* Working knowledge of AR ‎25-‎50
* Working knowledge of security policies and procedures to include NISPOM, NISPOM supplement, DCIDS, DoD and DIA M-‎1 Manual
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
* Bachelor 's Degree
* Two to four years' experience in security training or security inspections
* Deployed experience in Iraq or Afghanistan preferred
* CDSE Certificate in Security, (Generalist)
