Job Profile:
To support the Assistant Manager – Accounts and control in general ledger,
inventory and refund activity:
Verifying, allocating and reconciling cash and bank accounts
Responsible for all collections accounts in general ledger, review and submit
the monthly schedules
Support in month-end and year-end closing activities
Manage and support in inventory management profile in terms of stock count of
stores and preparing various inventory reports
Supervise the refund management process for both stores and Ecommerce
Any reports assigned by the management
Support and participate in planned business projects and Key control testing
Review and recommend modifications to SAP as well as retail process
Skills, knowledge & experience required:
Must have graduated in Accounting/Commerce and display good relevant
accounting knowledge
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as an Accountant or Senior
Accountant, preferably in a multinational environment.
Sound knowledge of accounts reconciliation and internal controls.
Proficiency in MS office with hands on knowledge on ERP systems
Strong team orientation
Good communication skills in English & Arabic
