MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible to acquire, retain & expand relationships with customers by
identifying customer needs first and then recommending appropriate solutions
for the customer to consider & accept
* Grow sustainable revenues from existing relationships and through targeted acquisition of quality new customers
* Optimize the potential value and profitability of existing relationships by assisting in the delivery of solutions, products and services appropriate to meet customer need and to improve customer engagement
* Ensure fairness in all aspects of company strategy, sales processes, customer correspondence, financial promotions, administration and complaint handling
* Provide weekly/ periodic reports to Regional Corporate Manager as and when required
