Job Description1:
To work as a Deliver in charge.
Knowledge & Qualification:
Complete Product knowledge especially related to installation Knowledge of
Kuwait Areas Should have good communication skills, preferably bilingual
(Arabic & English) Should have experience in dealing with all types of
customers Should be customer centric.
Role & Responsibilities:
Present delivery notes with customer signature for goods delivered. Verify the
contents of inventory loads against shipping papers. Checking the item's
condition while loading, to avoid any dents. Call customers to set delivering
appointments to deliver items on time. To plan and adopt an optimum route to
deliver given set of deliveries efficiently To guide laborers to unload the
correct items safely when reaching customer premises. To guide laborers into
the customer's premises, to make sure items are unloaded correctly. To install
the item and explain its main features and operating instructions to the
customer. To get delivery note signed by the customer after installation. To
clean and remove all packaging materials from the customer' s premises after
installation To arrange return delivery with D&I office for any cancelled or
rescheduled items before returning to the WH and getting the return delivery
note signed by the storekeeper. To provide D&I office with all the signed
delivery notes and returned delivery notes the following day. To inform
supervisor in case of any defect in the truck Act as a leader for the laborers
in the truck, monitor and control their on-job activities. To be responsible
for the safety of the laborers and the goods in the truck.
