Job Overview

Responsibilities:
Guest Service: Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all guests. Greet
customers, assist with seating, and ensure their needs are met throughout
their visit.
Order Taking: Take accurate food and beverage orders, catering to any special
requests or dietary restrictions. Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen
staff.
Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the menu items, including
ingredients and preparation methods. Offer suggestions and answer guest
questions confidently.
Table Maintenance: Set up tables and ensure they are clean, properly set, and
well-presented. Clear dishes and reset tables efficiently for incoming guests.
Food Delivery: Serve orders promptly and accurately. Verify that each order
matches the guest's request and handle any issues professionally.
Beverage Service: Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-
alcoholic drinks. Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Upselling: Promote specials, add-ons, and desserts to enhance the dining
experience and increase sales.
Payment Handling: Process bills accurately, handle cash and electronic
payments, and return change promptly. Maintain payment integrity and security.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with kitchen staff and fellow servers to
ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not
mandatory.
Communication: Strong communication skills in English are required. Additional
language skills, especially Arabic, are advantageous.
