About the role:
An exciting position has arisen for a Spa Attendant to join the Talise Spa
team at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa, Kuwait. The main purpose of this
role is to welcome guests to the Spa area and assist them prior to and after
their treatments.

Your main duties will include:
* Checking and setting up the daily operations of the spa according to Talise standards.
* Replenishing all necessary items in the spa promptly.
* Greeting guests upon entering the spa.
* Maintaining the water in the spa areas.
* Providing service promptly, courteously and accurately.
* Requesting, collecting stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels.
* Evaluating the operations and procedures, and suggesting improvements to the Team Leader.
* Ensuring the cleanliness of the spa and own treatment room.
* Ensuring all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition.
* Handling all guest complaints and record all guest comments.
* Reporting any breakage, damage and loss to the Team Leader.
* Assisting the therapists to prepare for treatments or baths when needed.

About You:
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the genuine interest in
assisting others, and enjoy working with people. Apart form these you should
also have.
* High school level education
* At least one year experience working in a similar role at a in a high quality spa in a five star hospitality environment
* Understanding of spa treatments
* Good command of the English language
