Job Summary/Purpose

Conduct General Automotive Sales training and different techno-functional
competencies courses related to the automotive sales to improve the staff
skills for Al Sayer Group.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify training needs of in-service employees on the basis of performance appraisals and prepare the development plans /recommendations for the Training Manager.


• Train the new joiners on the basis of pre selection competencies evaluation /assessments.


• Design training curriculum as per international standards/ market/ franchise principle upon approval of Training Manager.


• Prepare training schedule to fulfill the automotive business development plans based on the product estimation plan.


• Ensure availability of classroom and training aids to conduct the training.


• Conduct qualifying test, evaluate performance of the Sales staff and select trainees for appropriate level of training.


• Conduct training, monitor performance and attendance, and provide feedback to the Training Manager.


• Conduct post training evaluation/assessment as per the company and international standards.


• Follow up on the knowledge transfer to the work place in order to improve employee performance.


• Conduct the sales related staff test drive activities.


• Conduct Sales skills and performance observation report in a regular frame time.

Minimum Requirements

Educational Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/
Automotive Engineering or equivalent with ‎4 years of experience. Or Diploma in
Mechanical/ Automotive Engineering or equivalent with ‎6 years of experience.
Linguistic Abilities: English and Arabic is a must.
