DESCRIPTION
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's in Petroleum / Mechanical Engineering.
* Preferred with Advanced Completion techniques for Unconventional Reservoirs
* ‎15 years of experience within required field of profession
Job Scope
* Expertise on advanced completion, fracking technologies and advanced production technologies to develop the Jurassic & Cretaceous challenging reservoirs (unconventional with Kerogene & tight carbonates).
* Conceptualize, design and execute "fit for purpose" stimulations for unlocking the potential of unconventional and tight reservoirs and sustain production
* Should be expert in handling latest industry standard stimulation softwares.
* Capability to specify well completion techniques, designing and implementing horizontal and multilateral wells.
* Capable of planning and implementation of well interventions and workovers, for the purpose of stimulation/fracturing and evaluation of production potential
* Expertise in Nodal Analysis software
* Experience on well modelling and network preparation, validation and update (PROSPER/GAPS/PIPESIM/OFM).
* Design various completion/casing types for different EOR techniques
* Should be familiar with different types of HP-HT well completions and capable of recommending completion material suitable to address H2S/CO2/highly saline formation water
* Carryout diagnostic analysis of wells to determine reasons for low productivity of wells
* Carryout risk assessments related to stimulation
* Recommend remedial action to improve well integrity and reduce corrosion/impact of corrosion
* Has coaching and mentoring ability to impart skills and knowledge to younger team members
* Willing to carry out other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
