Finance Manager
Financial Manager analyzes financial and accounting activities daily,
providing guidance to upper management on future financial plans ensuring
financial and accounting information is conveyed accurately and timely local
GAAP and Group accounting policies.
This will include but not limited to
handling division’s financial status, generating cost estimates and budget
goals and tracking them, collaborate in developing financial strategies,
reducing costs, analyzing financial and accounts statements, analyzing market
trends, identifying business opportunities to increase revenues and
profitability, and presenting reports
•Channelize financial planning by providing financial reports and interpret
financial information while recommending further course of action.
•Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the
company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
•Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
•Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
•Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and
design a framework for these to be met.
•Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
•Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is
maintained.
•Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and
agreeing on future paths to be taken.
•Maintain the financial health of the organization.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience.
•Possess a bachelor’s degree in accountancy or finance or relevant field
•CMA/ACCA/ CPA preferred
•4-10 years of experience in the same capacity within the consumer electronics
industry.
•Sound knowledge of IFRS.
•Solid proficiency in Enterprise Accounting Software’s.
•Ability to work under fast paced and dynamic environment.
