Job Opening Resident engineer & Technician for Kuwait Location
Position : Resident engineer / Resident Technician

Location : Khairan, Kuwait
Work hours : 48 Hrs
Working days : 6 days with 1 day off
Resident engineer JD:
• Install and configure Routers , switches (ARUBA & CISCO), and related
networking equipment in a LAN /WAN network environment related to assigned
projects (WIFI, CALL MANAGER).
• Respond to assigned trouble tickets and ensure the completon .
• 2-3 years’ field experience.
• Conduct Site survey and coordinate with different parties for implementation
.
• Coordinate with suppliers & contractors to accomplish fiber and UTP cabling
as per network design & project deliverables to fulfill customer needs and
requirements
• Manage and maintain effective business relationships with clients.
• Follow up with internal external stakeholders , take ownership for all given
tasks
• Respond to emails & calls in instant mannr
• CCNA certified.
• Prepare and submit consolidated periodical progress report (weekly and
monthly basis)
Resident Technician JD:
• Install, trace, test, boost, maintain, and fix UTP / Fiber cables related to
network services .
• Remove, fix, detect, mark, and splice cables, identify any cabling issues,
and perform regular maintenance checks to ensure everything continues to run
smoothly.
• In case laptop provided, he can assist in resolving issues promptly by
logging into switches and by following instructions from the networks
operation center (NOC) or a Resident Engineer.
• 2-3 years field experience.
