Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients face to face or over the phone.
Have a good understanding of the businesses' services and be able to
communicate with the clients thoroughly.
Understand the needs of the clients and be able to respond effectively with a
plan of how to meet them.
Provide information about the rooms/suites, services, doctors, charges to the
clients.
Show the rooms/suites and facilities to the clients.
Reserve the rooms/suites for the clients including VIP and VVIP.
Follow up with the clients for their interest, and room reservations.
Congratulating the clients on deliveries, and distributing the complimentary
gifts on a daily basis.
Preparing a certificate gift for the new born babies.
Foster and develop relationships with the existing clients.
Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.
Think and work strategically setting goals and objectives in order to develop
and improve the business.
Train members of your team where appropriate. Attend training/seminars where
appropriate.
Carry on all the administrative tasks related to the department.
Others as assigned by the Dept. Head.
Job Requirements
University Degree from a reputed university.
At least 2 years’ experience in customer service and dealing with the VIP
clients.
Sales tactical personality.
Smart, professional, and presentable personality.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Problem solving and attention to details.
Proficient with MS Office and standard hospital database technology.
