We are looking for candidates for Quality Document Control Officer.
We are looking for candidates for the below position:
- Quality & Document Control Officer.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the ISO certification bodies regarding ISO certification.
• Follow up with all projects/departments regarding the implementation of all
relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop & maintain the policies & procedures of the Quality & Document
Control department.
• Assist all projects/departments in developing their policies & procedures
and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with a team of Internal Auditors to conduct Internal Audits
periodically to maintain ISO certification.
• Follow up with the audited departments/projects on the status of the
recorded NCRs until they are rectified/closed within a specified timeframe.
• Filing all documents related to ISO.
• Ensure that all company documents are readily identifiable, accessible,
retrievable, and up to date.
• Perform such duties as assigned by direct supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• University Degree in administration or relevant field.
• ISO Lead Auditor Certification.
• Minimum ‎2 years of experience in relevant position.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & writing).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Outlook).
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Good knowledge of ISO standards.
• Based in Kuwait & Transferable residency.
