QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Business/ Finance/Administration/Law or
equivalent bachelor degree in marine or naval institute
2. minimum of 18 yrs experience in HSE Audit/Inspection, development of HSE
Management System Program, Familiar with budget/cost/mazximo/ planning
3. Familiar with tender preparations and associated activities, ebeams
activities related to administration contracts, processing invoices.

Qualifications;
1. Engineering Graduate
2. Master of Science in chemistry/Physics/biology, Environmental
industry,hygiene/occupational with 22 yrs experience is added advantage.
3. Should have valid certifications from international recognized bodies as;
* Instructor in Industrial worker saety of equivalent.
* Safety auditing and certified OSHAS - 18001
* CSP or equivalent certified is preferred
* Should be conversant with the relevant national and international regulation codes and standard
