? Broad understanding of finance and financial concepts
? Good in excel and power point presentations
? Good English communication skills
Following are the key tasks to handled by Business Specialist:
• Manage project planning sessions
• Create and manage project PERT and milestones
• Create, track and manage minutes of the meetings for all internal and
external periodic meetings
• Generate periodic status reports on the project for stakeholders, management
and OG
• Control deviations and take relevant measures to manage timelines
• Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-
informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of
expertise
• Efficiently maintain project data repository and oversee all incoming and
outgoing project documentation
• Assist in budgetary approvals and cost controls to ensure project delivery
within budget
• Prepare high quality presentations with inputs and insights to assist the
project team
• Manage communication and data flow across functions for project progress
• Execute other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors
