Job Overview:
We are looking for a Female Sales Associate to be responsible for greeting
clients and visitors to our Shop.
Responsibility of Female Sales Associate :
The candidate's responsibilities will include (but are not
limited to):
Greet clients and visitors with positive and helpful attitude.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Prepare Daily Sales Report
To ensure daily reports are sent to the line manager.
Keep the Shop area clean and arranged.
Communicate with the clients, in a friendly way and inform them about our
offers and programs .
Work closely with the customer service team in order to ensure smooth workflow
and proper information to the clients.
Preparation of invoices, input in the system with all the receipt vouchers .
Actively involve in the events as and when required.
Making outbound calls to clients during slow sales.
Able to relocate to any branch as per the business needs.
Report to duty 10-15 minutes prior to arrange all the files before any client
walks in.
Qualification & Skills required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines..
Good time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Candidate Should have at least 1 Year of experience
