Position : Sr. HR Officer - Recruitment
Business : Engineered Products
Reporting to : HR Manager
Job Role:
To play critical part in manpower planning and recruitment activities ensuring
most effective and efficient sourcing of CVs. Working in Kuwaitization
Programs will be a plus.
Key Responsibility:
Manage mass recruitment of all vacancies on Recruitment Management System and
external job boards
Search, pre-screen and present shortlisted CV’s to the Hiring Manager
Maintain relationships with the Hiring Managers and act as a consultant to
their recruiting needs
Initiate, and maintain relationships with External Recruitment Agencyfor Mass
Recruitment
Manage interview schedules for both local and overseas candidates.
This will include preparation and co-ordination of interview schedules and co-
ordination of events on the day
Prepare offer letters
Manage on-boarding candidates to ensure a smooth transition to Kuwait and the
company
Arrange and Plan specific Recruitment Trips to overseas locations
Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and submit timely Reports
Candidate Requirement :
University Graduate, majoring in Business Management/Administration/HR
Preferably having ‎2-‎4 years of experience within a Recruitment Function
Demonstrated analytical ability
Fluency in English; strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Should work in an accurate and efficient way
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships throughout the organization
Ability to use latest Sourcing Techniques like LinkedIn and other Social
Networking Tools
