Skills:
English Speaking and Fluent in Arabic
Experienced and honest Admin Officer is required to work in Salmiya
2 -3 years experience in the same field (Working in legal and Government
Relation Department)
Responsibilities:
- Full knowledge and management of government work, such as complete staff
renewal process, health cards, company licences, knowledge of all work in
Manpower Ministry, Ministry of Interior, Baladiya, Ministry of Commerce &
industry, Kuwait Fire Department .. etc
- Ability to converse with and manage Arabic mandoobs and their schedule
- Read / write in Arabic, able to prepare any documents and fill any
templates as well as knowledge of those templates for government work
- Maintain Employee Filing System and Electronic Databases
- Handle Embassy Relationships and Visa Issuances
-Maintain company / branches licenses database
