- University degree or MBA in Business Management and/or Marketing
- Minimum ‎10 years of experience in a related field with leading a team in a
results-focused environment
- Experience in E-commerce is a plus
- Experience in B2C and B2B
- Experience with Salesforce, marketing technology solutions, cloud services,
and enterprise software systems.
- High attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities, and strong
multi-tasking skills.

* Develops and implements strategic and tactical plans to maintain current base and increase the company’s share in market.
* Directs the preparation of reports pertaining to the operation of the Sales and Marketing Department.
* Oversees and maximizes revenue contribution from major suppliers/categories channels.
* Establish and provides leadership, guidance and control relating to the execution of marketing and sales functions, policies, and standards.
* Directs the implementation and achievement of annual business and market plan in alignment with yearly company revenue growth objectives.
* Formulate and drive monthly trading & promotional strategies as well as tactics with Buyers and Category.
* Orchestrating an e-commerce sales journey across all channels and in-person touchpoints.
* Plan and execute end to end marketing and visibility plan.
* Ensure smooth catalogue listing on website with media rich content.
* Continually enrich UI & UX by identifying and driving new feature additions and improvements on website as well as app.
* Ensure continual SEO optimizations.
* Researching demand for our products and services.
* Overseeing all marketing campaigns of the company.
* Promoting the business, products, and services.
* Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
* Capitalizes on company marketing, sales programs, and resources considering relative return on investment “ROI”.
* Coordination of cross-selling, joint marketing initiatives and other potential business synergies to maximize exposure and profitability.
* Conducting competitor research and developing pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
* Identifying potential customers.
* Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.
* Compiling lists describing our offerings.
* Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
* Building brand awareness and positioning.
