Executive Secretary / Admin. Assistant
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven work experience in a secretarial or an administrative capacity
Experience 3 – 5 years
• Perfect in the use of computer and MS Office programs.
• Exceptional attention to detail - Must be a good listener and communicator
having Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Knowledge of
Arabic language an advantage.
• The ability to manage multiple assignments, having stamina, drive and
perseverance to handle pressure, adapt to changing conditions handle pressure
and conflicting demands, prioritize tasks and workload i.e. having the ability
to switch between tasks easily when priorities shift, time management
capability to meet tight deadlines
• Integrity - professionalism and teamwork
• Be a results-driven achiever with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while also
maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
• Ability to conduct research and create reports or presentations
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
• Develop and maintain a filing system

electronically
• Organizing company communication records and ensuring retrievability
