A leading company in Kuwait is seeking sales staff (For recruitment from
inside Kuwait and to be Arabic nationality only)
A Sales Associate, or Retail Sales Associate
responsible for assisting customers throughout the buying process. Their
duties include greeting customers when they enter the store, helping customers
find specific products or showing them how to use them and ringing up customer
purchases on the POS register.
Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with
merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing
drawers.
Achieving established goals.
Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
Increasing in store sales.
Superior product knowledge.
Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
