1. Admin Assistant (Bilingual)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide a full range of clerical and administrative support to organization
Maintaining all company registrations, certificates, agency agreements etc.
Assisting respective managers & departments with official correspondence &
documentation with ministries and government agencies including MOCI, Shoun
(manpower), Jawazat (residency) and Muroor (traffic).
Translation of documents and correspondence between Arabic and English.
Assist with administration & renewals of Employee residency, contracts,
vehicle registrations etc.
Assist with tenders and preparation of tender bids/submittals.
Requirements:
Must have a bachelor’s degree
5- 7 years experience at a reputable company
Excellent in spoken and written English and Arabic
Experience handling sales administration and coordinating tender bids will
be a plus.
2. Receptionist / Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
Responsible for greeting and directing visitors.
Attend incoming telephone calls & queries as well as receive incoming
correspondence
Provide support to administrative, sales, operations and HR departments.
Prepare letters & documents etc.
Requirements:
5- 7 years experience doing similar duties at a reputable company
Excellent in spoken and written English (and Arabic will be a plus)
Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel applications.
Experience using and ERP/CRM applications will be a plus.
3. Purchase, Logistics & Inventory Specialist
Responsibilities:
To issue RFQs, solicit quotation and raise purchase orders to international
& local suppliers as per internal purchase requisitions and negotiate terms
such as price, payment terms, deadlines, expectations, etc. and making sure
their materials and products meet the company's specifications.
To plan and executing logistics’ activities including nomination of freight
forwarder, picking appropriate shipment methods to meet budget and delivery
expectations, prepare all documentation etc.
To handle inventory control and manage material receipt, delivery notes,
material reorder etc. in coordination with product departments, store staff
and accounts staff.
To maintain close communications and coordination with all concerned parties
- supplier, freight forwarder, agent as well as well as concerned internal
departments to ensure smooth delivery and management of materials.
Requirements:
Comfortable working with ERP, Inventory control and MS Office software
applications
Fluent in English; written and spoken. Arabic will be an advantage
Kuwait Driving license will be preferred.
4. Driver Cum Technician – Low Voltage Systems
Requirements
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in installation, commissioning,
troubleshooting and maintenance of low voltage systems like CCTV, access
control, audio-visual, structured cabling, and telephone systems.
Experience with cable pulling and termination as well as installation of
conduits, trunking etc. is a must.
Experience using Fluke cable analyzer for testing and certification will be
a plus.
5. Shop Salesman
Requirements:
Should have 2-3 year experience in Low voltage and ICT products.
Should be computer literate to handle material invoicing
English and Arabic knowledge would be plus
6. Drivers
Should be having minimum 2-3 years experience in driving commercial vehicles
such as van/mini-bus etc
