We are looking for an
HR Officer / Coordinator
for a reputed company- Head Office engaged in the business of cleaning and
maintenance based in Kuwait City.
Job roles and responsibilities:
1.Drafting of contracts for the company and manpower requirements.
2.Perform recruitment functions; sourcing of talents from local market and
oversees market including technical and non-technical positions.
3.Complete relevant ministerial transactions like applying for work permit,
employment contracts, visa related work, etc.
Requirements:
1.Minimum experience in the same role for at least
2 years
.
2.English and Arabic language proficiency-
Read and write
.
2.Experience and knowledge of Kuwait labor law and ministerial procedure,
specifically Public Authority
of Manpower, Public Institute for Social Security
.
3.Bachelor degree in relevant subject.
