Responsibilities of HR Officer
Become an active collaborator in the domain faculty/staff recruitment,
orientation and retention
Maintain employee records and information systems;

organizational development and training;
‎2.Student Affairs Coordinator
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Director of Student Affairs, the Student Affairs Coordinator
will develop and implement various student engagement activities. The
incumbent will assist the Director of Student Affairs in providing enriching
engagement opportunities, resources, and support services.
‎3.Security Coordinator
Job Purpose:
Under the direct supervision of the Head of Security, the University Security
Coordinator has direct responsibility for managing the day-to-day security
operations of the campus, and maintaining communications with all concerned
parties on and off campus to uphold a safe and secured work place for
students, guests, and University personnel.
‎4.Administrative Assistant
Job Purpose:
Under direct supervision, the Administrative Assistant serves as a key member
of the assigned department performing a wide range of administrative and
clerical duties related to communication, office management, human resources,
general administration, and special projects. The assistant has direct
responsibility for helping manage the assigned office and assisting with the
day-to-day projects and processes for the office
‎5.Head Trainer
Job Purpose:
Serve as a lead fitness and sport instructor/trainer within the University’s
sports and fitness programs. The Head Trainer will work closely with students
by leading fitness sessions, personal training sessions, and coaching an array
of University sports teams.
‎6.Inventory Manager
Job Descriptions:
Will lead Inventory team, within the Finance Department
Track extensive university inventory using supply chain/inventory management
tools available within the organization.
Create daily tracking reports and maintain inventory management processes in
order to manage all university orders.
‎7.Receptionist (Bilingual)
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Director of Enrollment, the Admission Specialist will perform
a variety of regular, routine, and cyclical enrollment services and recruiting
functions. The Specialist serves as an information resource to prospective
students and the community regarding university requirements and procedures,
university offerings and university life.
‎8.Admissions Specialist
Duties:
Provide accurate information and referrals obtained from a variety of sources
to field questions from the public regarding operations, departments and
programs, phone numbers, operational hours, events, etc.
‎9.Sales Manager - Center for Continuing Education (Kuwaiti Male Candidates
Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
‎1. Student Recruitment and Enrollment: Develop and implement strategies to
recruit and enroll new students into our various academic programs.
‎2. Relationship Building: Foster relationships with schools, universities,
counselors, and other educational institutions to build a robust referral
network.
‎10.University Registrar
Job Purpose:
Serves as a senior member of the Division of Enrollment Management; incumbent
serves in the department of official student academic record keeping of the
institution and manages the programs and systems, policies, and procedures
related to the institutional catalog, registration, student records, degree
audit, and retention. Supervises all activities related to records retention
and disposal, enrollment verifications, student information system management,
graduation processes, and transfer evaluations.

Job Purpose:
Serve as member of the President's Cabinet; serve as Chief Enrollment and

assigned departments fulfill University goals and objectives.
‎13.Vice President for Academic Affairs
American International University (AIU) is a newly established University. AIU
offers an American style education, degrees, and majors, with the motive to
educate and serve the people of Kuwait as well as international students.
‎14.Retail Operations Coordinator
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the VP for Campus Safety & Facilities, the Coordinator is
responsible for the success and efficient operation of the retail section of
the university. This section encompasses all outsourced services, including
food service, coffee service, bookstore, any retail outlets under contract
with the college, and any retail operations directly managed by the
university. The incumbent oversees subcontractors to guarantee the provision
of top-notch services and products to the college community and to ensure that
all physical spaces are kept appealing, clean, and well-maintained by the
operator.
‎15.Administration Manager - HR Department (Kuwaiti preferred)
Job Role
This position oversees and manages all transactions related to government
relations, visas, residencies, PUC approvals, and apartments, transportation,
and other logistics for staff members of AIU Kuwait. You will work closely
with the HR Team in ensuring efficient employee relations and administration.
‎16.Career Services Internship Coordinator
Job Purpose:
Under general direction of the Director of Career Services, this position is
responsible for the overall development, growth, and maintenance of a
comprehensive AIU Internship Program. The Internship Coordinator is
responsible for developing and retaining effective relationships with regional
employers to expand opportunities that lead to the ultimate recruitment of AIU
students and graduates. This position will also assist with on-campus
recruitment events and will assist the Student Employment Specialist in
overseeing general on-campus student
‎17.Director of Academic Engagement and University Partnerships
Job Description:
We are recruiting a Director of Engagement who will be instrumental in
managing our existing partnerships and fostering new collaborations. This
strategic role involves overseeing all existing Memorandums of Understanding
(MOUs), ensuring their relevance and effectiveness. Additionally, the Director
of Engagement will drive engagement efforts with alumni, international partner
institutions, corporate partners, government entities, and the broader
community.

Job Purpose:

Responsibilities of Mental Health Advisor
Provide mental health and behavioral health assessments for the students to
determine their well-being.
Lead and manage the Behavioral Intervention Team committee.

Provide low-level mental health and behavioral health intervention support
strategies to students.
On-campus promotion of mental health and overall well-being.
