Hiring Sales Executive.
A well reputed Delivery Company in Kuwait is hiring Sales Executive.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing day- to- day sales
operations, developing and implementing sales strategies and plans, monitoring
sales performance, and building and maintaining customer relationships. The
Sales Executive will also generate new business opportunities and work closely
with the marketing team to identify opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities-
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer
satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting client’s
objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law established rules and •
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after- sales support
• Build long- term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople Requirements
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive
or a relevant role
• Experience in Last Mile Industry
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build report
• Time management and planning skills
• Preferred Female
• BSC/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
