Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to join
our dynamic IT support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
providing technical assistance and support to our end-users while ensuring the
smooth operation of our IT systems. The IT Help Desk Technician will diagnose
and resolve technical issues, assist with software and hardware installations,
and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
