Automation Lead to join their growing team.

As a successful candidate you will:
Test Strategy Development: Design comprehensive test plans and cases that
thoroughly cover all aspects of our products, ensuring they meet the required
specifications.
Test Execution & Reporting: Perform extensive testing, document findings, and
report on the outcomes, with a focus on identifying any defects or
inconsistencies.
Defect Management: Log and track bugs, collaborating closely with the
development team to resolve issues and validate fixes.
Quality Standards Adherence: Uphold and enforce strict quality standards,
ensuring compliance with both internal and industry-specific benchmarks.
Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve the
efficiency and coverage of our testing processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to understand product
features and ensure they align with user needs and expectations.
Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to enhancing testing methodologies
and tooling.
User Experience Testing: Ensure our products provide an intuitive and seamless
user experience.
Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining detailed technical
documentation about testing processes and product functionalities.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or corresponding certification.
‎5+ years of experience in QA testing or similar roles.
Proficiency in automated testing tools like Python, Selenium, Postman, GitLab
CI/CD, SonarQube, CodeGuru, DBUnit, etc.
