‎1.Career Opportunities: Contact Center Agent, Inbound (‎12792)
Job Responsibilities
Listen to customer orders attentively and tag them in the system without
errors.
Ensure customer commitments are met within the designated time frame by
entering / updating customer orders on timely basis in transight /designated
systems.
Inform the customers on the available products to facilitate the upsell and
cross sell of these products.
Receive customer complaints, and tag them into the transight /available
e-systems.
Deal with angry callers and upset customers effectively and transfer them to
relevant designated authorities.
Receive customer inquiries and transfer to the concerned person/unit as
required.
Escalate customer issues to the relevant designated authorities.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Maintain customer database through timely updates as required by the system.
Record all customer calls in the MIS without errors.
Keep customers informed on special offers, promotions and marketing events.
Follow up calls with drivers on delayed orders.
Ensure professional communication to customers on delayed /amended orders.
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal
communication portals.
Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
‎2.Career Opportunities: Service Advisor, Customer Relations (‎12703)
Job Responsibilities
Communicates with customers as the first contact at the service garage
entrance to receive the vehicle, facilitates the work required by the customer
whilst giving the highest standard of friendly customer service and customer
satisfaction.
Acknowledge and greet customers politely and courteously when they enter the
branch and assist them to the required area as per customer’s need.
Inquire and collect the necessary information and data about the vehicle and
its owner.
Record the customer requirements on a Job Order Form informing customer of
estimated labor and parts charges when requested, inspect customer’s vehicle
and record any damage/comments on the Job Order Form (receipt of customer
supplied product), sign same and allow customer to read, or read details to
them, and obtain their signature (contract review)
Enter details from Job Order Form and/or scan the Job Agreement in to the
designated system and send to print at Control Tower, arrange for the vehicle
to be taken to the service waiting parking area.
Submit the Job Card to the Staff, Data Entry to do the necessary.
Follow up with Job Controller to see if vehicle will be ready when promised or
not based on any additional required job. ‎8. Obtain the customer’s agreement
and approval for any additional work after collecting all the required
information from the designated Team Leader and update the system accordingly
(new promised time and estimated cost).
Periodically check Job Cards and Register for any vehicles not completed as
promised, establish reasons and advise customer of progress to avoid any
miscommunication.
Ensure cleanliness of all ready vehicles and coordinate with the designated
employee for vehicles that are part of Door-To-Door service.
Acknowledge and greet returning customers politely and courteously when they
enter the branch, explain the details of the work done, parts changed, notes
on the Quality Control Sheet. etc.
Issue Gate Passes and ensure correct distribution to facilitate the timely
delivery of a customer’s outgoing vehicle.
Take special, even priority, care of a customer with returned work or who has
a complaint on the service rendered and that the same is properly recorded in
the Customer Contact system and inform the Reception Supervisor or the Master
Service Advisor.
‎3.Career Opportunities: Toyota Denter LA (‎13143)
Job Responsibilities
Repair denting work under the guidance of the Team Leader, and Service Master
Technician/Denting.
Work with Master Technician, Denting and put similar tasks.
Tear down failed parts or assemblies.
Repair simple/complex surfaces.
Carryout panel replacement with cutting and joining.
Carry out alignment of minor body (chassis) damage as one-direction pulling.
Replacement method of windshield glass.
Carry out spot welding, washer welding, M.I.G (Metal Inner Gas) welding.
Reassemble parts and ensure correct functioning.
Use all kinds of hand tools and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of tools and work area.
Give guidance and advice to Assistant Technician, Denting.
Use all safety and health materials and tools.
Understand and follow company regulations.
‎4.Career Opportunities: Toyota Painter LA (‎12956)
Job Responsibilities
Prepare all types of painting processes and polishing.
Assist Master Technician in painting in all related work.
Assist in the selection of appropriate materials and tools for work
assignments and also help in mixing paints and colors.
Prepare the surface for paints and polishing by applying basic paste on the
vehicle after grinding and smoothing the surface.
Apply masking tape on areas that should not be painted and remove the same
after completion of paintwork.
Spray metallic and two-coat mica.
Plastic parts surface treatment and painting.
Use appropriate tools to ensure a high quality of paint and polish work.
Use all safety and health materials and tools.
Understand and follow company regulations.
‎5.Career Opportunities: Toyota Technician LA (‎12960)
Job Responsibilities
Examine vehicle, assess work and perform additional diagnosis if necessary.
Undertakes difficult repair work. Re-builds and re-installs assemblies after
ensuring correct functioning.
Receive job card with basic instructions of work requested from Team Leader,
Service.
Examine the vehicle, tear down failed assemblies to determine the location,
and extent the nature of the defective area and inform the Team Leader and
service of an additional diagnosis to be added in the job card.
Plan necessary work and determine new parts or machining operations needs and
initiate through Team Leader, Service.
Undertake difficult repair work on a variety of mechanisms (engine,
transmissions, suspensions, etc)
Re-build major assemblies making a variety of precision measurements (piston
clearance) and adjustments (bearing pre-load) in the process.
Re-install assemblies in vehicles and conduct initial operating inspection.
Report the actual time work of each job card through The Service Management
System.
Use all hand tools, gadgets, gauges, portable and stationary equipment, lift,
etc. maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and work area.
Use all safety and health materials and tools.
‎6.Career Opportunities: Sales Promoter, Accessories Sales (‎12894)
Job Responsibilities
Solicit customer requirements and identify Accessories through Electronic
Parts Catalogue and accessories catalogues to provide right accessories
information.
Negotiate on discounts with the customer and qualify the deal.
Prepare quotations with terms and conditions and follow up with sales
prospects until the realization of the order.
Create loss of sales with valid reasons for inventory notification and further
action in SAP.
Follow up with the warehouse team on the ordered parts and inform customers on
time to invoice the order parts.
Create invoices and quotations with customer information and update if
required through Parts Customer Relations team.
Maintain Retails Standards as per principal requirements.
Create back orders, collect ‎100% payments, communicate orders to accessories
management and upon receipt of the item invoice inform the customer for the
completion of delivery.
Maintain cash desk whenever required as per Finance Department guidelines.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend kaizen ideas or suggestions to
the Manager.
‎7.Career Opportunities: Senior Officer, IS (‎12964)
Job Responsibilities
Assist in collecting and analyzing preliminary information about current
systems.
Gather and analyze existing documentation and sample document forms.
Collect quantitative information about document flows, file sixes, and
processing frequencies.
Design simple reports and screen layouts for user review in accordance with
directives supplied by an assigned supervisor.
Participate in the preparation of systems specification report.
Develop and test machine-re-definitions of simple menu and program-controlled
screens.
Design detailed program structure and prepares corresponding logic
descriptions in simple cases.
Code simple programs in selected programming languages on the basis of
corresponding logic descriptions.
Prepare the program test plan and checks the program using test data base as
planned.
Participate in production of user-oriented systems' documentation and assists
in the integration of new systems with manual procedures and information
flows.
Attend training sessions on various systems development aspects such as
systems analysis and design methodologies, programming languages, methods and
techniques, etc....
Attend training on operation systems and software packages used within
information systems department.
‎8.Career Opportunities: Staff, Data Entry and Processing (‎12865)
Job Responsibilities
Compile, enter, maintain and retrieve data from various sources such as
invoices, vouchers, and reports.
Check, validate and enter the deal documents, customer and unit/s data in the
Company E- System.
Receive vehicle insurance documentation received from the Sales Administrators
and enter the customer and vehicle information in the Ministry of Interior
System (MOI) in order to register/transfer the vehicle.
Generate the vehicle registration book from the MOI system and submit to the
Traffic representatives for obtaining the number plates.
Receive license plates and registration cards from the Traffic
representatives.
Provide copy of vehicle registration book to Delivery section and Sales
Administrators for further action.
Provide vehicle insurance documentation to Traffic representative for
submission to MOI after vehicle registration.
Prepare quotations for the department as per the requirements.
Prepare proforma invoices (for customer payments) for the department.
Provide stock details and availability to the concerned staff upon request.
Assist the Sales Administrator/s to collect the customs certificate and filing
them in the invoice files.
Maintain data and records of Promotional Offer items.
Collate and Highlight issues to the reporting manager at the end of each day.
Prepare reports, vehicle lists and print various documents as required, call
lists, customer contacts etc.
File or route source documents after completing work.
‎9.Team Leader, Accessories Fitment
Job Responsibilities
- Operational:
‎1. Organize the vehicle Accessories fitting and repair activities including
receiving and delivering vehicles as scheduled and according to priorities
defined, and coordinate with Service advisors and garage staff.
‎2. Receive Job Cards and enter the Job Card onto SAP process by sequence,
assign and dispatch Job Card to Accessories Technicians.
‎3. Book the actual working hours (clock on-off) on the back of the Job Card
and enter into the computer at same time.
‎4. Enter work progress information (actual and standard hours) into the
computer system immediately after work on vehicle is completed.
‎5. Display work progress on the control board.
‎6. Receive Job Cards after work completion, sign on behalf of Team. Close the
Job on the computer and stamp the Job Card (JOB COMPLETED)
‎7. Display Jobs completed and waiting Quality Control on the Communication
Board.
‎8. Represent Team in all matters and discussions relating to quality system
improvements in assigned work area.
