Pre Sales Engineer
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional
to join our team as a Pre- Sales and Business Development Engineer. The
successful candidate will play a crucial role in the acquisition of new
projects by efficiently managing the entire tendering process, pre-qualifying
companies, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Preferred)
Proven experience in tender management, pre-qualification processes, and
business development within the Kuwait market.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
and maintain relationships.
Proficiency in English & Arabic is a plus.
Experience Required ‎3 to ‎5 years.

فريقنا كمهندس ما قبل المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال. سيلعب المرشح الناجح دورًا حاسمًا
في الاستحواذ على مشاريع جديدة من خلال إدارة عملية المناقصة بأكملها بكفاءة،
والشركات المؤهلة مسبقًا، والمساهمة في مبادرات تطوير الأعمال.
المؤهلات والخبرة المفضلة:
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (يفضل الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية)
خبرة مثبتة في إدارة العطاءات وعمليات التأهيل المسبق وتطوير الأعمال داخل سوق
الكويت.
مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة مشاريع قوية.
مهارات تواصل وتعامل ممتازة مع الآخرين، مع القدرة على بناء العلاقات والحفاظ
عليها.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
الخبرة المطلوبة من ‎3 إلى ‎5 سنوات.
