Master Data & Demand Planning Officer
Job Description
Job Purpose: The responsibilities of the Master Data & Demand Planning Officer
are, to ensure that the right SAP Master Data is entered and maintained in the
SAP system, as well as ensuring right stock is available for every item
throughout the year.
Key Accountabilities:
Ensure that the right processes and approvals are followed in case of any
Master Data creation or change in the system.
Ensure that the right inputs for all fields are provided in case of any Master
Data creations or changes.
Ensures that the upload of all master data happens within time and with
accuracy in SAP Master Database
Process order in SAP by creating inbounds & shipment costs
Ensure that items ordered are delivered on-time by coordinating with
Suppliers, Freight forwarding team, Warehouse team
Make sure that Article Master data is accurate & complete
Create & process Local promotion order in SAP accurately & on-time
Coordinate with Freight forwarding company & Baladiya in case of health
clearance of items
Prepare monthly reports to be shared with suppliers, sales team etc.
Work closely with Accounts team to ensure month end closing activities are
completed accurately & on-time

Skills required
Prior experience in ERP systems
Prior experience in Master Data
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook
Good in Mathematics
Prior experience in SAP is highly desired
Prior experience in IT systems is highly desired
Prior experience in Supply Chain is highly desired
Good team player, and good teamwork skills
Attention to detail
Speed & accuracy in work
Bilingual (English & Arabic)
Professional work ethic
Proactive & has good follow-up skills
Time Management skills
