Senior accountant
Job Description
Maintain accurate month-end records by examining all financial statements.
Handle the annual external audit responsibilities of the company.
Formulate general ledger and closing reports by imputing in-depth details of
the firm's transactions.
Assist the top-level management in making critical business decisions by
providing accurate financial assessments.
Coordinate with the management and uphold the standard laws and regulations
for monitoring, updating, and maintaining fiscal activities.
Hands on accounting operational functions – AP, AR, Payroll, Journal Entries,
Financial Reporting, GL, Fixed Assets.
Facilitate with monthly closes, reconcile and maintain general ledger
accounts.
Experience with ERP - Microsoft is an advantage.
Ability to Handle work volume.
Skills
Bachelor's degree holder with a proven track record of academic or work
experience in the Finance sector.
Expertise in handling financial activities by implementing the latest
management and cost reduction trends.
Ability to interact with the company's management and other departments in a
clear and concise manner.
A keen eye for minute details coupled with
an instant ability to make sound decisions.
Presenting an in-depth analysis of the company's financial statements through
concise reports.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office and its applications is a must.
