Operations Coordinator
Qualifications
Responsible for improving efficiency and productivity in our on-demand
operations with the utilization of technology.
Identify opportunities for improving operational processes and workflows.
Efficiently coordinate, manage, and optimize the utilization of personnels and
vehicles, to meet operational goals.
Collaborate across functions within the internal team to fulfill requests from
external partners within the agreed-upon service level agreement (SLA)
Monitor and document drivers' attendance, ensuring appropriate staffing levels
are maintained.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports for management on key performance indicators and
operational metrics.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory
requirements.
Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
Address operational challenges and resolve issues as they emerge.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by fulfilling service delivery
expectations.
Respond to customer concerns or issues related to operational matters.
Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with operational activities.

مراقبة وتوثيق حضور السائقين، وضمان الحفاظ على مستويات التوظيف المناسبة.
تحليل البيانات التشغيلية لتحديد الاتجاهات ومجالات التحسين.
تقديم تقارير منتظمة للإدارة حول مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والمقاييس التشغيلية.
ضمان الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات والمتطلبات التنظيمية التنظيمية.
تنفيذ ومراقبة عمليات ضمان الجودة للحفاظ على معايير عالية.
معالجة التحديات التشغيلية وحل المشكلات عند ظهورها.
الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من رضا العملاء من خلال تلبية توقعات تقديم الخدمة.
الرد على مخاوف العملاء أو القضايا المتعلقة بالمسائل التشغيلية.
تحديد وتقييم المخاطر المحتملة المرتبطة بالأنشطة التشغيلية.
