‎1. Swimming pool technician- 05nos and salary range ‎120 - ‎140/-KD.
• Have Knowledge about the component of swimming pool system ( Pump , Filter ,
Heater , Piping )
• Have Knowledge about cleaning swimming pool and how to test chemical.
• Have basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Able to write technical report.
• Good English speaking and writing.
• Min ‎3-‎5 years’ experience in relevant field.
‎2. Maintenance Technician- ‎10 nos and salary range ‎130-‎140/-KD.
Job Brief:-
The role of the Maintenance Technician is to repair Power tools, Motors and
Gas powered tools in Service centre. This role reports to the Service Centre
In-charge.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for executing daily Preventive Maintenance and Inspection tasks.
• Responsible for executing assigned repair work orders related to Powertools,
outdoor power equipment, garden tools, carpentry tools, etc.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment in compliance with standard work,
mechanical codes and adherence to safety regulations.
Required Skills:-
• ITI/Diploma with ‎1 to ‎2 years of work Experience as repair technician
• Good Command in English.
Other criterion:-
• Gender – Male
• Age – Not more than 30yrs
• Healthy – No past record of any skin allergies or lung infections
• Avg height – 160cm
• Avg weight – Not below 65kg.
‎3. Plumbing Technician for Fire suppression System Salary – ‎120- 150KD
Qualifications: ITI with minimum ‎3-‎5 Years’ Experience Education – ITI in
Fitter / Electrical or equivalent (Vacancy: ‎05)
Experience –
• ‎3 or more years of experience in fire suppression system like, FM200, Foam /
Deluge system and kitchen fire suppression systems.
• A strong working knowledge of GI piping, electrical works and detectors.
• Good knowledge on addressable fire controls with detectors and related
configurations.
• Good knowledge on conventional fire controllers with its programming and
settings with detectors.
• Ability to read drawings and make BOQ.
Job responsibilities –
The Technician is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the
following
Read drawings and make bill of materials in coordination with his engineer.
• Confirm the materials for its quality and quantity before taking it to the
site.
• Coordinate with site engineer for installations / safety and locations for
the equipment to be placed if not located in drawings.
• Pre fabricate the piping before hanging on the roof / walls for easy and
fast works.
• Make sure all the piping are well painted as per country / authority
standards.
• Prepare the daily work progress report for his superior and inform any
abnormalities if any without any delay.
• Complete the assigned task of installation and start preparation for the
commissioning.
• Coordinate with site engineer for final commissioning and handing over.
• Fill the final service report after commissioning and get the site engineer
signature.
• Remove all extra materials if any from the work place and keep the site
clean.
• Explain to the client for safe operation of the system prior to
commissioning.
• Submit the service report to his superior for further procedure

‎4. Fire door Installer Salary – ‎120- 150KD ; Vacancy - ‎05
Qualifications: ITI with minimum ‎3-‎5 Years’ Experience
Education – ITI in Fitter / or equivalent and Driving license in
home country
Experience –
•‎3 or more years of experience in fire door installations.
•A strong working knowledge of doors, site survey, levelling and
measurements.
•Experience in gulf countries will be added advantage in fire door
installations.
•Good communication skills in English.
•Ability to read simple drawings for measurements.
Job responsibilities –
Candidate is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the
following:
• Make site survey for the measurements and available space for the doors in
coordination with his engineer & site supervisor.
• Installations of fire doors with perfections and hand over to the client on
time.
• Repair / replace the old Fire doors which are damaged.
• Removal of existing sets Onsite liaising with clients for access.
• Ensure materials are stored and transported in accordance with the
manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Ability to find the faults if doors are not opening or closing properly.
• Prepare the daily work progress report for his superior and inform any
abnormalities if any without any delay.
• Remove all extra materials if any from the work place and keep the site
clean.
• Submit the service report to his superior for further procedures.
