Key Accounts Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager to join our team in Kuwait. As a Key
Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing
relationships with our key clients. You will be the main point of contact for
these clients and will work closely with them to understand their needs and
ensure their satisfaction with our products or services. The ideal candidate
should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a
strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Understand the needs of each client and provide personalized solutions and
support.
Act as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues raised by key
clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery
of our products or services to key clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms with key clients to maximize value for both
parties.
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services
to key clients.
Monitor and analyze key account metrics to identify areas for improvement and
implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide strategic
recommendations to key clients.

Preferred Candidate:
Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or in a similar role.
Have experience and background on Pre Sales Engineering
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Skills
Has experience with Digital Screens or Videowall screen or Digital signage or
Visual display
Customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
