Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Officer located
in Kuwait City. The Senior Customer Service Officer will be responsible for
managing the day-to-day customer service operations by ensuring customer
satisfaction, providing customer support, and enhancing customer experience.
The Senior Customer Service Officer will be responsible for managing a team of
customer service agents.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Expertise in Customer Satisfaction
Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
Expertise in enhancing Customer Experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience in the same industry is a must
Experience in managing a team is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Fluency in Arabic and English is required
