About the job
The Manager Country Fleet Is Responsible For The Following
Overseeing and managing the Fleet and Inventory department within the
logistics division.
The role requires a strong focus on operational efficiency, maintaining
accurate records, fostering positive relationships with service providers, and
ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Fleet Manager will also play a crucial role in managing inventory,
conducting stock counts, and forecasting equipment needs for new riders.
Supporting the Sr Manager's Special Projects on ad-hoc projects as and when
required.

Ensure departmental adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Advice on deciding whether to lease or buy vehicles based on proper analysis
and justifications.
Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and
maintain schedules.
Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.
Utilizing GPS systems to monitor and track vehicles in case of theft.
Managing and Training Personnel
Develop and improve rider engagement and initiative programs.
Team Management

Degree in Logistics is preferred
‎5+ years experience in a logistics role
Experience in the transportation industry
Outstanding organizational skills

يتطلب الدور تركيزًا قويًا على الكفاءة التشغيلية، والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة،
وتعزيز العلاقات الإيجابية مع مقدمي الخدمات، وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات
التنظيمية.

الزمنية.
تحليل البيانات لزيادة الكفاءة التشغيلية للأعمال.
الاستفادة من أنظمة تحديد المواقع (GPS) لمراقبة وتتبع المركبات في حالة السرقة.
إدارة وتدريب الموظفين
تطوير وتحسين برامج مشاركة الراكب والمبادرة.
