Installations Team Leader
About the job
Fonz International Company is seeking an Installation Team Leader, where you
will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of installations
and leading a high-performing team. This role involves monitoring screen
installs, CCTV, IoT, as well as others and advising the sales team, and
coordinating with various departments to achieve organizational goals. As a
leader, you will contribute to the growth of the company through effective
team management, training, and performance reviews.
Responsibilities:
· Monitoring the screen installs, problem faults in order to ensure adequate
stock of spares so as not to disrupt screen operation.
· Advising sales team, on better fitting options for customer requirements
based on customer visits and site surveys.
· Work with Client Relationship teams on sensitive client issues.
· Work together with sales team in order to build a complete BOQ for larger,
turnkey projects such as villas, complex etc.
· Coordinate with operations in order to schedule team site visits.
· Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
· Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
· Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
· Delegating tasks to team members.
· Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
· Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product
knowledge, and communication skills.
· Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
· Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
· Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
· Monitor team performance and report on metrics
· Production and creating the reporting to senior management
Qualifications:
CCTV, IoT, Tracking devices, Interactive Whiteboards
Experience: ‎5 years in the field
Education: bachelor's degree
