We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designers based in Kuwait.
Main Roles and Responsibilites:
Communicate with the Social Media Management Team to ensure proper
understanding of clients’ requirements, products and/or services and branding
guidelines.
Analyze the latest market and consumer behavior trends and incorporate the
same into the concept development process to facilitate determining the size
and arrangement of illustrative material to be designed.
Create new designs, concepts and sample layouts based on client requirements
and discuss the same with concerned team members to obtain recommendations and
make necessary amendments.
Collaborate with the Social Media Management Department to create a highly
polished visual experience in line with the overall branding strategy.
Prepare final design layouts and refine the clients brand look and feel across
all platforms within the set timeframe to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate documentation of developed material for future reference.
Stay up to date with the latest graphic design software (Photoshop,
Illustrator, etc.) and techniques, and recommend new tools to be applied
within Ghaliah accordingly in order to increase the effectiveness and
efficiency of services provided.
Qualifications and Requiremets:
Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design.
1-2 years of experience.
Communication Skills
Bilingual is a must (English & Arabic)
Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, et.c

الأدوار والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
التواصل مع فريق إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لضمان الفهم الصحيح لمتطلبات
العملاء و/أو المنتجات و/أو الخدمات وإرشادات العلامات التجارية.
تحليل أحدث اتجاهات سلوك السوق والمستهلك ودمجها في عملية تطوير المفهوم لتسهيل
تحديد حجم وترتيب المواد التوضيحية المراد تصميمها.
إنشاء تصميمات ومفاهيم ونماذج تخطيطات جديدة بناءً على متطلبات العميل ومناقشتها
مع أعضاء الفريق المعنيين للحصول على التوصيات وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة.
تعاون مع قسم إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لإنشاء تجربة مرئية مصقولة للغاية
تتماشى مع استراتيجية العلامة التجارية الشاملة.
قم بإعداد تخطيطات التصميم النهائية وتحسين شكل العلامة التجارية للعملاء ومظهرها
عبر جميع الأنظمة الأساسية ضمن الإطار الزمني المحدد لضمان رضا العميل.
الحفاظ على التوثيق الدقيق للمواد المطورة للرجوع إليها في المستقبل.
البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث برامج التصميم الجرافيكي (Photoshop، Illustrator، وما
إلى ذلك) والتقنيات، والتوصية بأدوات جديدة ليتم تطبيقها داخل غالية وفقًا لذلك
من أجل زيادة فعالية وكفاءة الخدمات المقدمة.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
درجة البكالوريوس في التصميم الجرافيكي.
1-2 سنوات من الخبرة.
مهارات التواصل
ثنائي اللغة أمر لا بد منه (الإنجليزية والعربية)
المعرفة في Adobe Photoshop وIllustrator وما إلى ذلك
