Job Requirements
A Master’s Degree in Teaching English to speakers of other languages,
Linguistics, English Literature or any other related field from an
internationally accredited university.
CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL or any other ESL teaching certificate preferred.
Ability to work in a diverse, interdisciplinary, and fast-paced environment.
Have demonstrable skills in oral and written English, the language of
instruction and communication on campus.

Faculty members are engaged in teaching, services, research and professional
development tasks.
Successful Candidates Are Expected To
Have a strong commitment to teaching excellence.
Prepare teaching materials, maintain and improve competence in subjects being
taught.
Develop and deliver courses to students.
Prepare class activities, quizzes, assessments and exams.
Passionately support the departmental and college-wide activities and services
with a spirit of leadership, commitment, accountability, and collegiality.
Evaluate, monitor and mentor students' academic progress.
Supervise and assist students in all aspects related to the courses.
Guide, lead and mentor students in projects
Engage actively in promoting the growth of AUM and participate in strategic
activities and events.
Participate in departmental and college meetings and activities.
Serve and support functional activities of departmental committees.
Undertake any other duties as may be directed by the Head of Department.

درجة الماجستير في تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية للمتحدثين بلغات أخرى أو اللغويات أو

إعداد المواد التعليمية والحفاظ على الكفاءة وتحسينها في المواد التي يتم
تدريسها.
تطوير وتقديم الدورات للطلاب.
إعداد الأنشطة الصفية والاختبارات والتقييمات والامتحانات.
دعم الأنشطة والخدمات على مستوى القسم والكلية بحماس بروح القيادة والالتزام
والمساءلة والتعاون.
تقييم ورصد وتوجيه التقدم الأكاديمي للطلاب.
الإشراف على الطلاب ومساعدتهم في جميع الجوانب المتعلقة بالمقررات الدراسية.
توجيه وقيادة وتوجيه الطلاب في المشاريع
المشاركة بنشاط في تعزيز نمو AUM والمشاركة في الأنشطة والفعاليات الإستراتيجية.
المشاركة في اجتماعات وأنشطة الأقسام والكلية.
خدمة ودعم الأنشطة الوظيفية للجان الأقسام.
القيام بأي واجبات أخرى حسب توجيهات رئيس القسم.
