Brand Manager
• 5 years experience in food & beverge industry.
The below key performance areas include but are not limited to:
Manage product assortment through development to implementation to achieve
business objectives.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve commercial results.
Maintain up-to-date competitor and global trend knowledge.
Work with marketing and store teams to deliver well planned events and
activities across the year.
Review business critical information, make
recommendations, communicate and facilitate solutions.
Develop internal and external relationships with key stake holders to achieve
business objectives.
Maintain positive working relationships, act as the liason between Operations
and Head Office functions.
Provide functional expertise and execute functional responsibilities.
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong numerical skills.
Excellent food knowledge and understanding of local market.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical thinking & process-driven.
Strong negotiation skills.
