Technician, Kiosk / Phono Subsidiary of Ooredoo Kuwait
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Provide support “On Call” for the Assigned area in Kuwait
Work aligned with SLA terms
Perform preventive maintenance based on best practices
Troubleshooting of PC, Touch Screen monitor, Printers, Cash acceptor, Network
connectivity
Reporting to concern teams on timely manner
Covering extra areas if/when required as per management direction
Proactively utilize skills in providing the requested tasks efficiently and
promptly, to ensure that the staffs deliver the optimum outputs.
Retain good condition of the machines through regular maintenance.
Take the initiative to stay well-informed to relevant field.
Attend constantly the training and coaching session which set by the
management.
Installing & relocating machine if/when required as per management direction
Monitor machine & transaction status
Windows & application installation
Preparing Cash Collection Plan
Pinniped & Router Configuration
EVD L1 Support (Checking transaction/Voucher status, System
Activation/Deactivation, Password Reset, Reverse transaction request,
Transferring)
Technical support providing to POS (IT Helpdesk support for non Diyar covered

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Provide efficient support for B2B customers over the phone with to first call
resolution KPI.
Escalate non-resolved cases to concerned departments as per Call Center
procedures.
Follow-up on progress of complaints settlement with departments involved, and
ensure regular information is shared with customers.
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to shift leader.
Get the customer confirmation before closing any trouble ticket and provide
proper conclusion on remedy system.
Adhere to Call Center KPIs and defined service levels sat on employee yearly
objectives.Respond to email messages for customers seeking help and contact
them if required.
Step-by-Step configuration for customer devices.
Troubleshooting customer last mile and access equipment related to DSL, GPON,
Fiber, 4G and Wireless subscriptions.
Ensure customers subscribed speeds are matching service subscription defined
in Company CRM.
Execute additional configuration as per customer request within customer
subscription bundle and eligibility.Monitor backbone links, network equipment,
international circuits and VIP customers.
Open tickets for any alert received and escalate the case to concerned
department.
Senior Specialist, Human Resources Governance
Key Responsibilties:
Ensure the daily operations consistency according to HR Policies and
Procedures.
Provide governance services and employee relations consultation to all
stakeholders. Including but not limited to, employees case studies, ex-
employees inquiries, end of service process and discipline management.
Provide support to the HR department with the overall day to day
administration of policies and procedures including, but not limited to,
answering routine questions from employees, maintaining personnel records,
report processing.
Maintain employee databases such as, but not limited to:
Warning letters.
Termination.
Paid sick leave
Analyse employee data and design periodic and ad-hoc reports.
Communicate HR related government entities’ requirements to business
units.Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate action as per the
approved discipline management procedures.
Ensure all disciplinary are processed as per the law and policy guidelines,
and report any occurring deficiencies.
Counsel Managers on progressive discipline, highlighting the legal
requirements and consequences.
Coordinate with legal department to ensure employment law is adhered in all
employees’ relations matters, and provide solutions if such laws are breached.
Conduct periodic review to assess employment law and HR Policy compliance in
all HR processes. Suggest corrective actions if such regulations are not
met.Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-
informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of
expertise.
Pursue, acquire and communicate changes on employment law to business units.

Manager, IT & Security Procurement
Key Responsibilties:
Implement policies and procedures consistent with organizational requirements
to ensure Ooredoo & Phono has a purchasing system that meets international
best practice standards.
Align and coordinate with OG Strategic Sourcing on spending categories and
comply with OGSS Policy.
Develop POs & manage PRs in order to obtain the best possible pricing and
terms for Ooredoo when it purchases supplies.
Develop & review contracts, ensuring the capture of key clauses for the
interest of the company in line with the contract management handbook and
relevant policies.
Manager, Commercial and Corporate Services Procurement
Key Responsibilties:
Implement policies and procedures consistent with organizational requirements
to ensure Ooredoo & Phono has a purchasing system that meets international
best practice standards.
Align and coordinate with OG Strategic Sourcing on spending categories and
comply with OGSS Policy.
Develop POs & manage PRs in order to obtain the best possible pricing and
terms for Ooredoo when it purchases supplies.
Develop & review contracts, ensuring the capture of key clauses for the
interest of the company in line with the contract management handbook and

Manager, Network & Core Procurement
Job specific technical Skills:
‎7-‎10+ years’ experience of Procurement/Supply Chain negotiations.
Knowledge of ERP solutions, for example financials, supply chain, projects and
other ERP suite of applications.
Specific knowledge in purchasing management within a telecom's environment.
MS Office
Computer literacy and a good knowledge of standard office software.
Must understand integrated supply chain concepts.
Must be knowledgeable in planning and forecasting systems (MRP/ERP/CRM)
Must have experience in implementing Planning/Forecasting system.
Understanding of all Procurement processes and in particular to bid and tender
evaluation processes.
Aware of Freight and Overseas Contracts terms and conditions.
Specialist, Internal Communications
Key Accountabilties & Responsiblities:
Write and edit in-house editorials, speeches, articles.
Manage and support internal Social media channels.
Improve and manage engagement rates on internal social media channels.
Increase followers base on internal social media channels.
Manage the internal dissemination of messages from the CEO’s office.
Develop content for internal social media channels.
Manage cross departmental communications.
Support Manger with the internal announcements for CEO and all CXO’s.
Support the Manager in coordinating with Ooredoo Group on all cross OPCO
announcements.
Create and disseminate daily media report covering all information collated
from the media regarding Ooredoo Kuwait, the competition and Ooredoo group of
companies.
Support Manager in internal communications dealing with any crises.
Coordinate with Crisis Committee set by CEO to manage issue dealing with
different scenarios.
Handle and support the Manager with all internal events including, workshops,
Town halls and quarterly strategy meetings.
Execute internal employee events.
Support Branding in building Brand Affinity and Equity internally.
Support Manager with the handling of large events within Ooredoo premises.
These include Product Launches.
Assist Manager as a master of Ceremonies in internal events.
Handle and manage offsite employee events. Manage internal resources to ensure
timely delivery of work.
Assist with sourcing corporate promotional gift items from overseas suppliers
and ensures their conformity with the desired image and culture.
Place approved orders for preferred products and suppliers and, ensuring
timely delivery.Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by

field of expertise.

Attorney and legal advisor
Key Accountabilities & Activities:
Represent ooredoo, Phono and Fast Telco in all Kuwait’s courts, Ministry of
Justice, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Social Affairs, CITRA and other
official entities.
Prepare proper legal defence and provide it when needed along with all related
documents to the Kuwait’s courts and all other official entities.
Assist, brief and liaise with Ooredoo, Phono and Fast Telco externally
retained lawyers on specific cases and provide consultations when needed.
Represent ooredoo in the claim review committee during resolving complex
local/international legal disputes/ negotiations and is authorised to settle
based on broad parameters/policy guidelines determined by department managers
File Compensation, Criminal, Civil, Tax official claims/ legal cases for
ooredoo, Phono and Fast Telco when needed.
Cooperate with internal departments of ooredoo, Phono and Fast Telco in order
to collect all the information related to any legal cases or official warnings
and provide the proper legal recommendation/defence based on the provided
information.
Keep abreast of developments in case law, rulings and other aspects of
professional knowledge
Drafting and reviewing contracts, acknowledgements, official letters and all
required legal documents in English/Arabic language for ooredoo, Phono and
Fast Telco.
Creating and revising required internal procedures such as HR policies, SLAs
and disciplinary code in accordance with the Kuwaiti law/ legal procedure.
Liaise with internal departments of ooredoo, Phono and Fast Telco to provide
them with legal services on issues related to contracts, licensing,
operations, and projects operations, and other related matters.
Provide all departments within ooredoo, Phono and Fast Telco with all needed
consultation and recommendation when needed.
Internal investigations: Conduct investigations as required from ooredoo,
Phono and Fast Telco with competent departments in collaboration with HR.
External legal criminal investigations: provide full support to ooredoo, Phono
and Fast Telco employees and there Legal representative by attending the
needed investigations at the General Department of Investigations, the
Criminal Intelligence Department and the Public Prosecution against ooredoo,
Phono and Fast Telco employees or there legal representative.
External Labour investigations: Attending the investigation related to all the
Labor complaints raised against ooredoo, Phono and Fast Telco in Public
Authority of Manpower prior raising the legal case and try to close the case
cordially.
Provide agents of ooredoo, Phono and Fast Telco with legal knowledge such as
updated laws and regulations relevant to the business through intensive
workshops.
Lecturing law students and fresh graduates about legal proceedings in
communication sector, drafting legal defence latest laws.
Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well informed
of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
Other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors.
Executive, Distribution sales l Phono Subsidiary of Ooredoo Kuwait
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
Sell Ooredoo services and products (Physical & Electronic Recharge & SIM
cards) to dealers and sub dealers Or any other market channels utilizing
strong communication and persuasive personality to close deals & achieve the
target.
Sell Ooredoo services and product,( mobile accessories or any other products
provided by company related to telecom to dealers and sub dealers Or any other
market channels utilizing strong communication and persuasive personality to
close deals & achieve the target.
Sell ooredoo services and products or any other products provided by the
company related to telecom to dealers & sub-dealers or any other market
channels utilizing strong communication and persuasive personality to close
deals & achieve the target.
Proactively foster a boastful relationship with customer through fulfilling of
his needs to retain existence, and gain potentials.
