The responsibilities of the Agriculture Engineer include but are not limited
to:
Optimize crop production, implement sustainable farming practices, and utilize
innovative technologies in two farms located in Wafra, Sulaibiya- Kabd.
Monitor and optimize crop production for dates and vegetables, ensuring high
yields and quality.
Analyze data to make informed decisions regarding planting, fertilization, and
pest control for date and vegetable crops.
Design and implement efficient irrigation systems tailored to the specific
needs of dates and vegetable crops.
Monitor water usage, implement conservation strategies, and ensure optimal
hydration for crops.
Develop pest management strategies
Monitor for pests and diseases, implement control measures as needed, and
educating farm workers on identification and control.
Sales Executive - New Vehicle

Contact Center Agent
Skills
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their particular inquiries.
Initiate inbound calls and interact with customers / potential customers to

Identify sales opportunities and present benefits and key features of products
effectively to acquire new businesses
Conduct all telephone and face to face activities such as sales and after
sales surveys, Feedback survey, etc.
Offer a high level of customer service.
Update Kerridge system with customer / potential customer’s information and
status.
Regularly provide feedback on the customer service department policies and

Arrange for the dispatch of products, information packages, brochures, etc. to

Trainer - Sales
The responsibilities of the Trainer - Sales include but are not limited to:
Support in product training and performance evaluation within assigned
dealerships.
Conduct special training assignments and facilitate large group meetings as
required.
Conduct launch training events as required.
Conduct on-going product study and competitive reviews.
Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process,
develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and
schedules orientation drive-along with senior representatives.
Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.
Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data
of trainees after sessions.
Coordinate with external trainers and Sales Manager.
Identifies soft skills trainings or skills enhancements by assessing the
team's performance on regular basis.
Stay up to date with the latest market trends and demands of a corporate sales
environment.
Working with the Sales Training Manager to support and align the task.
Housekeeping Supervisor
Skills
Create and implement checklists as needed according to Brands standards and
company requirements.
Oversee cleaners and tea boys daily to ensure the execution of the required
tasks efficiently.
Check showrooms, office spaces and workshops, including stairways and lounge
areas, for cleanliness.
Schedule and allocate shifts ensuring all areas are covered on all days and
arrange for replacements in cases of absence. Forecast requirements and
vacation coverage.
Assign workers their duties and inspect work for conformance to prescribed
standards of cleanliness.
Train and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards.
Ensure that cleaning staff are always in a neat and clean appearance
reflecting the company image.
Conduct orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work
procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
Respond to requests/complaints from business employees and solve them in a
timely manner.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies stock to ensure proper supply is
available and allocate the supplies to the team for efficient usage.
Participate in large cleaning projects as required.
Examine business facilities to determine need for repairs or replacement of
furniture or equipment, and makes recommendations to management
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
Schedule deep cleaning regularly and taking care of trash disposal in the
designated areas.
Automotive Service Advisor
Specific knowledge & skills
Good knowledge of vehicles and tools including their designs, uses, repair and
maintenance.
Computer skills.

Teamwork and co-operation.
Outdoor Salesman - Automotive Spare Parts
The responsibilities of the Salesman - Parts (Outdoor) include but are not
limited to:
Attend to all customer enquiries, provide product and technical information,
provide information on parts availability, upselling options and conclude
sales in a profitable manner.
Visit customers on daily basis, generate enquiries
Acquire new customers to increase customer base and reflect positively on
business performance.
Keep records of parts sales estimates and follow up of enquires.
Coordinate with the warehouse and carry out deliveries when necessary.
Ensure Customer satisfaction, customer retention and database maintenance.
Monitor competitor activities and collect market feedback, propose counter
measure actions.
