About the job
SYNTAX IT Group is seeking to recruit a talented and motivated ITSM Software
Engineer, with experience on BMC Helix ITSM to join our professional services
team in Kuwait.
Position:
The candidate will work in a highly motivating environment, which encourages
team spirit, cooperation, and continuous learning, as a member of a very
competent team. This on-site, full-time role is essential in delivering top-
notch IT services, directly contributing to business success and customer
satisfaction.
The responsibilities of the ideal candidate will include:
Implement and manage BMC Helix ITSM processes and tools.
Implement BMC Helix Migration activities.
Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and best practices.
Manage and resolve complex IT service issues.
Minimum qualifications:
B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems or
equivalent academic qualifications.
M.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Systems is considered a plus.
Experience in BMC Helix Migration projects (Container or Cloud -Based) is
required.
3+ years of hands-on experience in BMC ITSM environments.
ITIL certification is considered a plus.
