What will you do? (The role)
Responsibilities
You will join our People Partnering Team on a 12-month contract, working
closely with other People team members and leaders, particularly our Product,
Engineering, Revenue, and Legal teams. You will play a pivotal role in
ensuring the People strategy effectively drives business outcomes within these
key stakeholder groups. Your focus will extend to the entire business area,
acting as a strategic partner to advise, consult, and help define what a
world-class people experience looks like for the organization. You'll
collaborate on various projects such as building progression frameworks,
people analytics, feedback loops, employee engagement, DEI initiatives, and
